The exit audit

Count what the people who cannot leave are costing you: the bill, the tickets and the spam rate, against the thresholds the mailbox providers enforce.

The question

“If I make it easy to unsubscribe, won't I lose people I could still sell to?”

The assignment

Send yourself your last campaign at a Gmail address and look for the Unsubscribe link next to your name. Then count your never-engaged profiles, what they cost on your plan, and how many people left last month by the spam button instead of the link.
